YOGURT AND LIME DONUT (L. Montersino)

Ingredients:
360 g of weak flour
120 g of corn starch
240 g of eggs
60 g of extra virgin olive oil
120 g of rice oil
180 g of fructose
90 g in inulina
300 g of whole yogurt
20 g of chemical yeast
20 g of lime peel
2 g salt

to decorate

White chocolate
lime peel
Red currant

Procedure:

Whip the eggs with the fructose and inulin. Add the yogurt, the two types of oil and the grated lime zest, the flour sifted with the cornstarch, the salt and the baking powder.

Pour into the greased and floured pan.
Bake in the oven at 170 ° C for 50-55 minutes
Once cooled, glaze the cake with white chocolate melted in a double boiler, decorated with lime peel and red currant.
