The government is working on the new Dpcm
In the new Dpcm, in order to try to stem the pandemic phenomenon, the regions will be included in three areas based on 21 parameters. The president of the council of ministers, Giuseppe Conte, in this regard, he spoke to the Chamber of Deputies. The premier stressed the fact that the epidemic in Italy is running fast towards the so-called 4 scenario, the most serious, according to the plan "Prevention and response to Covid -19" drawn up by the Higher Institute of Health.
Specifically, scenario 4 occurs in cases of "uncontrolled transmissibility with criticalities in the stability of the health system in the short term". The government's further tightening to curb the spread of infections
"We will introduce the limit on travel to and from regions with high risk coefficients except for work, study and health needs. The government plans to adopt nationwide limits to the movement of people in the later evening slot. For the entire national territory we intend to intervene only with some specific measures that help to strengthen the containment and mitigation of the contagion. We close shopping centers on holidays and days before holidays with the exception of food stores, drugstores and pharmacies and newsstands inside the centers. In the next Dpcm we will indicate 3 areas with three risk scenarios with measures that will be increasingly restrictive. These scenarios will have to take into account the replicability index of the virus, the outbreaks and the occupancy situation of hospital beds. There are specific criticalities in Regions and autonomous provinces. The national RT is 1,7 but in some regions the figure is obviously higher. There is another likelihood that 15 regions will exceed the critical thresholds in the ICU and medical areas in the next month ”. Prime Minister Conte always said this when speaking to Montecitorio.
