The pandemic continues to recede, restrictions are loosened and over 40 million Italians find themselves in the white zone with new rules to observe. In fact, two out of three citizens live in regions where anti-Covid provisions are reduced to a minimum. In fact, the measures that regulate all activities in other areas no longer apply, including the curfew which will disappear on 21 June. The obligation of at least one meter spacing remains in force, theuse of the mask, hand sanitation. And, of course, the prohibition of gathering, both outdoors and indoors. From the Prime Ministerial Decree of 2 March, which introduced the white zone, a series of rules are highlighted that affect the regions that now find themselves in this new zone.
The spread of the virus throughout the national territory now has a very limited range of action. In fact, according to data released by the Ministry of Health, there are 907 new positive cases today (yesterday 1.390). The deaths of the last 24 hours are 36 (yesterday 26). The discharged healed are 3.394 (yesterday 3.460) while the currently positive cases are 157.790 (yesterday 160.313). The swabs made in the last 24 hours are 79.524 (yesterday 134.136); the ICU patients are 536 (yesterday 565). They still remain in home isolation 157.790 people infected with the virus, 2.523 cheaper than yesterday.
White zone, the new rules
In the white areas it is allowed to organize private parties following religious or civil ceremonies such as weddings, confirmations, communions, baptisms but also birthdays, graduation parties and anniversaries. However, to participate, you will need to have one of the three green certifications provided for by the decrees currently in force. That is, vaccination certificate that is valid for 9 months starting from the completion of the entire cycle even with the second dose. Or from the 15th day after the first dose to the administration of the second. And, again, a certificate of healing which is valid for 6 months; negative swab carried out in the 48 hours prior to participation in the event.
As for lunches and dinners at the restaurant, the ordinance of the Minister of Health Roberto Speranza establishes that “consumption at the table indoors is allowed for catering services for a maximum of 6 people per table. Unless they are all living together ". The dpcm on the measures for the white zone, he states that "activities that take place in dance halls, discos and similar venues, outdoors and indoors, remain suspended". In fact, therefore, discos will be able to open but only for catering and administration, while it is forbidden to dance on the dance floor.
