A team of brilliant students from the “Scarpellini” Aeronautical Economic Technical Institute in Foligno has introduced an innovative cell phone cover with solar panel. This product, made entirely of recycled nylon, not only guarantees high resistance and environmental sustainability, but the advanced integrated solar panel is capable of recharging the device using exclusively the renewable energy of the sun.

Solar Panel Cell Phone Cover: A Green Project

The solar panel cell phone cover project, developed by the students of class 5 B under the supervision of Business Economics professor Gioia Contini, it was conceived with the aim of attracting a well-defined audience: millennials, digital natives always attentive to innovative and sustainable solutions.

The launch price, set at 29,99€, makes the cover highly competitive and accessible to this market segment.

The team of young entrepreneurs took care of every aspect of the project, going beyond the simple creation of the product. They developed a ecological packaging in recycled cardboard and defined a targeted marketing strategy.

For the headquarters of their start-up, RecoveR, they chose Perugia, a city with a strong international vocation and home to two prestigious universities, ideal for starting the project.

The “Recover Solar Cover” has obtained an important recognition at the prestigious “Italia Angelucci Baldoni” award, beating the competition of other technical-commercial schools from Assisi, Bastia Umbra, Foligno and Perugia.
