Santa Running, a playful event to help scientific research and in particular Gold for kids of the Veronesi Foundation for the treatment of pediatric cancers.
Santa Running
The initiative includes a 5 km run in costume Santa Claus in the center of your city or even in your own home. Born in 2011, Santa Running is a cheerful ludic-motor 'mobilization' involving enthusiasts of all ages, an authentic street show, a pre-Christmas party to exchange greetings and do good too. In fact, the purpose of the event is to bring as many people closer to the world of sport and well-being, between solidarity and lots of fun!
Until the 24th December walking or running far and wide in a Santa suit also means supporting the research of the Umberto Veronesi Foundation; specifically Gold for kids which deals with the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric oncological pathologies. There are no territorial limits, as you can walk or run where and with whomever you want. The route and distance can be decided at will. By the sea, in the mountains, in the city, at home, on the treadmill, really everywhere! The important thing is to walk or run to support pediatric cancer research. Even those who participate independently are not alone because thanks to the Santa Kit they will be able to share their Santa Running on social networks with the hashtag #babborunningforkids and tagging @babborunning.
