For Juventus this is the 15th Italian Cup of its history. Thus separated in the competition's roll of honour, Inter and Roma. Thus the Bianconeri, in addition to achieving the Champions League placement for next year, have redeemed the outcome of the last final lost, in 2022, against Inter. For Max Allegri the joy of being the first coach to win the Italian Cup for fifth time. For Atalanta, however, already defeated in 2021 by the Bianconeri in the final in Reggio Emilia, the last triumph in this trophy dates back to almost sixty years ago.
