Adidas and Gucci have launched a collaborative collection. Presented during the Exquisite fashion show of the famous fashion brand, merges the brands of their respective brands. Alessandro Michele created images inspired by archival catalogs, placing his subjects on very brightly colored backgrounds but with the addition of props related to the world of sport. Gucci and Adidas: let's discover the new collection
There are several intriguing visions of this collection combined between Gucci and Adidas. The proposal reasy-to-wear is a reference to retro sportswear. It is characterized by eco-sustainable fabrics, with polyester, cotton and viscose. Many of the garments enhance the Maison's well-known green and red ribbon, as well as the sports brand's white stripes.
Space even for one selection of bags, taken from the Maison's Beloved lines. Just think of the Gucci Horsebit 1955 shopping bag, with an equestrian-inspired horsebit. Everything is interpreted with the addition of the Adidas clover. As for the shoes, space for famous Gazelle sneakers, reinterpreted of the famous moccasins of the Maison, in leather or suede.
The official launch will take place soon. Everything has been scheduled for next 7 June and will take place in some selected stores, as well as in various pop-up stores of both companies. The same will happen online and fans of the brands will also be able to take advantage of the Adidas Confirmed app. A preview look will instead be guaranteed by the first lookbook.
