From the crystalline lakes of the Adamello-Brenta Natural Park to the streams and waterfalls of the Novella River Park in Val di Non.
Il Adamello-Brenta Natural Park it is the green heart of the valley. And the Lake of Tovel its jewel, with the mountains and woods that are reflected in its waters. It can only be accessed with a shuttle bus.
The lake is one of the most touched by the Brenta Dolomites Bike, a ring route dedicated to bikers of 171 km with 6.800 meters in altitude. And from Brenta Dolomites Trek, designed for those who go on foot.
The many streams of the valley have carved deep canyons into the rock. The most spectacular is that of the Novella River Park.
The famous one was built on a spur of rock overlooking the stream Sanctuary of San Romedio. Otherwise there is the cycle / pedestrian path of theUpper Val di Non. A 25 km ring between Malgolo and Fondo. The four mountain bike rings of the Predaia plateau and the "Rankipino", a 57 km ramp-pedestrian path that crosses the entire Maddalene area.
Traveling on the "Apple road"
La Road of the Apple and Flavors of the Non and Sole Valleys it is a very ambitious project that aims to recover and enhance the typical and traditional products of the territory of two neighboring areas of north-western Trentino.

The Val di Non, in particular, is a large orchard of about 7.000 hectares to which in 2003 the European Union awarded the DOP to the Golden Delicious, Red Delicious and Renetta varieties.
In the higher areas, cattle breeding is widespread and consequently the production of milk. The Trentino Grana is quite well known. A little less the Monteson. As well known are the Mortandèla, a small smoked salami and the production of wine, in particular the Groppello di Revò, obtained from an ancient native vine.
Discovering the Castles of the Val di Non
Visiting the castles of the Val di Non is a step back in time. The most important are Thun Castle e Valer Castle.
The first, located on a hill near Ton at the mouth of the valley, is one of the best preserved in the Alps. The Baronial Palace houses the rich original furnishings, the picture gallery and the Bishop's Room, entirely covered in wood. The palace is accessed from the Spanish Gate which is part of a complex system of sixteenth-century fortifications consisting of towers, walls, bastions, patrol path and moat. The second castle is located on the hill, in Tassullo.
Since 1368 it has been owned by the Spauer counts who recently opened it to guided tours. It is known for its 40 meters high octagonal tower, for the frescoed chapel of S.Valerio and 88 rooms that tell 8 centuries of history with furniture, paintings, works of art, weapons.
Until September 16, every Saturday, a special train from Trento leads to the discovery of the castles of Val di Non and those of Ossana and Caldes in Val di Sole.
