Sensational: 3 point penalty, to be served in the next championship

The National Federal Court Disciplinary Section ruled, in the hearing scheduled for 11 June 2024, on the referral proposed by the Federal Prosecutor, against Mr. Joseph Tacopina and the company SPAL Srl, the following PQM DEVICE

The National Federal Court - Disciplinary Section, definitively ruling, imposes the following sanctions: - for Mr. Joseph Tacopina, 3 (three) months of inhibition; – for the Spal Srl company, 3 (three) points penalty in the standings, to be served in the first useful championship starting from the next sports season. Thus decided in the Council Chamber on 11 June 2024.
