The Pantheon
La majestic dome and the famous colonnade make it a symbol of the city of Rome.
This is a building that had been dedicated to all the deities as its name suggests. It was built by the emperor Hadrian around 120 AD.
In the beginning it was a pagan temple but, in 609 AD it was converted to a Christian Basilica. From 1870 the Pantheon has become the place where the sovereigns of Italy were buried or great artists, we can mention: Vittorio Emanuele II, Umberto I, Margherita di Savoia e Raffaello Sanzio.
The ideal time to visit the Pantheon is between 11:00 and 13:00 because the rays of the sun that enter create a beautiful cascade of light.

The Trevi Fountain

The Vatican Museums
I Vatican Museums are located within the Vatican State, smallest state in the world. Inside are collected works and treasures that the Catholic church Roman has received and collected over the centuries. Sculptures, paintings e artwork they are for the most part donated by the sovereigns of every part of the planet.
