The new regional board of directors of the Confederation of Italians in the World was officially presented in Molfetta, in the prestigious setting of the Diocesan Museum (CIM Puglia). The initiative marks a decisive step in the strategy of internationalizing Apulian culture, tourism, and identity, in synergy with Italian communities abroad.

La Confederation of Italians in the World, active since 1994, has been working for years to keep alive the ties between Italy and its communities abroad, promoting cultural, economic and institutional networks throughout the world.
With the launch of the new regional board of Puglia, chaired by Roberto Pansini, the region is equipped with a structure that aims to enhance its own human and territorial heritage on an international level.

The official presentation, held in Molfetta, was attended by the Honorable Angelo Sollazzo, founder and president emeritus of the CIM, regional councilor Saverio Tammacco, and Antonio Marzano, national representative for wedding tourism, a key sector of so-called "roots tourism."
