Italian football, maxi disqualification: that's for whom

Do you remember the video in which a Vicenza fan offended the fans of Cosenza (watch the news of the video here)? Within days, the video went viral.

Now the Federal Territorial Court of the Veneto Regional Committee of the LND has sanctioned the boy who made that video. He is also a footballer (registered until 29 July 2021 for the company ASD Alte Ceccato). The disqualification is 3 years in addition to prohibition, also for 3 years, to access sports facilities where football events or matches, including friendly matches, are held in the FIGC.

The federal prosecutor had asked for a 5-year ban and a 5-year ban on access to places where football events are held.
