BUCCELLATO WITH APPLE ROSES

Ingredients
500 g of cereal flour
5 eggs
250 g of sugar
125 ml of corn oil
200 ml of milk
1 sachet of baking powder
3 red apples
Method
Put the eggs and sugar in a large bowl and start whipping them with a hand whisk.
When they are well whipped, add the sifted flour a little at a time. Mix well and add the corn oil.
Incorporate the oil well and add the milk a little at a time until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Add the yeast and mix again.
Pour the mixture into a 26 cm mold previously greased and floured.
Decorate the surface with the previously cooked apple slices and create roses.
Bake at 180 ° C in a static oven for about 40 minutes.
Do the toothpick test before removing the cake from the oven.
