With the arrival of September, the door opens to a series of bonuses and incentives for different categories of citizens and workers. Among the most significant innovations, we find the introduction of the “Dedicated to you” card and a series of contribution benefits to encourage employment. Here are all the details on the requirements, the application methods and what to do to benefit from the September 2024 bonus.
September 2024 Bonus, “Dedicated to You” Card and Under 35 Hiring
From 1 September 2024, the new “Dedicata a te” card is available, a contribution of 500 euros per year for families with an ISEE of up to 15.000 euros.
This prepaid card, issued by Poste Italiane, is intended for the purchase of basic necessities, fuel and public transport passes.

Furthermore, the Cohesion Decree introduces contribution exemptions for employers who hire young people under 35 permanent between September 2024 and December 2025. The incentive offers an exemption of up to 500 euros per month for two years, extendable to 650 euros in the ZES Regions.
Support for female employment and ZES bonus
Women who have not been in paid employment for at least 24 months can benefit from a contribution exemption of up to 650 euro monthly for a period of two years. For those residing in the ZES (Special Economic Zones) Regions, however, the minimum period of unemployment required to access this bonus drops to 6 months.
Furthermore, in the Special Economic Zones of the South, small companies with a maximum of 10 employees have the possibility of benefiting from a total exemption from paying social security contributions for the permanent hiring of workers over 35 years of age, provided they have been unemployed for at least two years.

This incentive is available for hires made between 1 September 2024 and 31 December 2025, and is specifically aimed at residents of the ZES Regions.
The main objective of these measures is reduce unemployment in the most disadvantaged areas of the country, offering local companies a concrete opportunity to support stable employment and encourage the employment of particularly vulnerable categories.
