The Guinness World Record-breaking effort by the young people and women of Coldiretti Reggio Calabria is a new challenge to foster solidarity. Coldiretti Giovani Impresa Reggio Calabria and the women entrepreneurs of Donne Impresa Coldiretti, all together to prepare a Guinness-record-breaking Christmas cake: 20 meters of pignolata, 15 kg of dough, and 8 kg of honey. A purely charitable initiative.

“Solidarity shared with anyone who wants to take up this challenge and break the Guinness record and then donate it to charity,” said the director. Peter Sirianni who states: “We are sure, and we would be happy to, to be surpassed in the quantity and desire of those who show solidarity.” The dessert is on display today, Wednesday 21 December, at the covered market of Campagna Amica of Reggio Calabria.
