Padua: Italian city invaded by manga and cosplayers
Until the end of the month the city of Padua will be the seat of the International Festival dedicated to comics, games and pop culture.
Squares, streets and historic buildings will host a cheerful and fun people of gods enthusiasts manga, the famous Japanese comics. Of board games and gods cosplayers, the superfans who dress up as their favorite characters.
The event will develop in different thematic areas, each in a different place from the city center. In Prato della Valle thegames area in which it will be possible to try board games of all kinds. In addition there will also be an area reserved for modeling.

Padua: exclusive headquarters of Manga in Italy
The exhibition presents for the first time in Italy a reasoned path on the presence of Italian places and settings in the vast manga production.
From the time of the Roman Empire to the Venice of the future, through the Renaissance and the post-war period up to the present day. There are many manga that have set their stories in Italy. Jojo, Thermae Romae, Cestvs, Master Keaton. The attention paid to Italy by many highly successful and quality manga has contributed to spreading interest in our history and identity in Asia. They touched on aspects ranging from art, to sport, to food. From Caesar by Fuyumi Soryo ad Art by Kei Ohkubo, from Gantz by Hiroya Oku a I Am a Hero by Kengo Hanazawa. Manga in Italy offers an overview of the main themes and works of this 'special' genre of Japanese comics.
The exhibition is organized in collaboration with the publishers Star Comics, Panini Comics, J-POP, Kappalab, Ren Books.
Padua: from Caffè Pedrocchi to street food
You cannot say that you have been to Padua if you have not lived some experiences related to the ritual of the aperitif, indispensable for any from Padua.
